ANHAM Employee Profile | Andre Patterson

Andre Patterson joined the ANHAM team in January 2011 as a Customer Service Representative in Iraq.

By August 2013, he had transitioned to Customer Service Supervisor. Soon after, in February 2014, he started serving as Operations Manager of Iraq, and only a year later, in March 2015, Andre was relocated to head up the Kuwait Customer service department.

Prior to joining ANHAM, Andre served in the US ARMY and US ARMY RESERVE. He also worked as a Food Service Manager on multiple U.S. government contracts.

Andre’s experience and customer service focus has helped him maximize inter-organizational integration mechanisms throughout the SPV-IJK program. This has improved key performance indicators, customer touch point effectiveness and efficiencies, and as result of these integration initiatives ANHAM continues to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
