Holly Chapin Joins ANHAM as Associate Counsel

VIENNA, VA – ANHAM announced today that Ms. Holly Chapin has joined the company’s Legal Department as an Associate Counsel.
Ms. Chapin holds a Master of Arts degree in International Politics from American University’s School of International Service, and graduated from American University’s Washington College of Law in May of 2011. She is also a member of both the American and the Virginia Bar Associations.
“We are excited to have Ms. Chapin as a part of the ANHAM legal team. She brings a wealth of knowledge that makes her a perfect fit for our company,” said David N. Braus, Managing Director and Head of the Legal Department at ANHAM.
Ms. Chapin gained several years of legal experience in both the military and international fields throughout her education. During her undergraduate college program at York College of Pennsylvania, she worked as a paralegal in the law firm of Miller, Poole, and Lord LLP. During her Master’s program, she held an internship with the Department of Homeland Security’s Privacy Office. During law school, she worked as a Judicial Intern for Senior Judge Loren Smith on the Court of Federal Claims, was a law clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee, and was a student attorney in a human rights law clinic. She was also involved with the American University Law Review and the National Security Law Brief.
Beyond her education, Ms. Chapin also worked as a paralegal in the Army National Guard, from August 2001 until September 2010. She was deployed as a military paralegal to Kosovo from 2003 to 2004, and finished her military service with the Legal Support Office of the National Guard Bureau.
