I joined ANHAM in October 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, assisting with the ordering process, interacting with customers, providing product information and delivery status, and resolving complaints.
After my second year, I was promoted to Assistant Customer Service Manager and now hold the position of CSR Manager. My responsibilities expanded to include overseeing order processing for SPVIJK customers, coordinating with other departments to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information, and liaising with DLA, ARCENT and AFCENT.
I also contributed to the startup of the AFGHAN PV, helping to create and implement the order process for Exceed/Portal that the CSR in AFGHAN & Kuwait teams currently use. Our customer service team goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
