ANHAM Team Visits Vendor in Erbil, Iraq

Supporting our local vendors is an important part of maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the areas in which we work. Recently, ANHAM Program Manager Bradley Dunn, Customer Service Field Support Manager Andre Patterson, and Erbil Customer Service Representative Nawzad Noory had the opportunity to visit one of our vendors in Erbil who supports customers located in the surrounding Kurdistan Region.

Bradley, Andre, and Nawzad met with the local vendor management team, staff, and employees on site. The vendor team gave ANHAM a guided tour of the facility, showing them the production line, packing and storage operations, and the shipping process.

“We were thoroughly impressed with the overall process and professionalism of the whole team and the continued support and outstanding service being provided,” said Andre following the tour. “It was an awesome experience to see the whole process from start to finish.”
