Employees are at the root of everything we do here at ANHAM. From day to day administrative tasks and logistics, to transportation and supply chain management, our employees are fundamental to our work. This year, ANHAM Kuwait had three recipients of the 2016 Annual Employees of the Year Award and it is our honor to acknowledge their work and commitment to ANHAM.

Rolly Masola Magabillin has been working for SPV-IJK since November of 2011. During his tenure with ANHAM, Rolly has maintained an outstanding attendance record and a 100 percent training and compliance record, both indications of his dedication to ANHAM’s work. In addition to his perfect attendance and compliance record, Rolly is also a qualified MHE driver with zero incidents over the past five years. With his dependability and dedication to his work, Rolly has often been cited by his peers as a natural team leader, using his renowned leadership and responsibility to fill in whenever the Team Leader is unavailable.

Each recipient of the ANHAM Employee of the Year award demonstrates the ANHAM vision of employees working for a better future for people delivering on our customer promise. The effort that Rolly demonstrates every day epitomizes this mission and it is with great pride and admiration that we honor Rolly with the Employee of the Year award. As part of his award, Rolly will receive a new SMART television, one week paid salary and a roundtrip ticket home. Rolly has continued to impress management with each he completes and we are excited to see where how his role at ANHAM continues to develop in the future.
